Keating Chambers’ Arbitrating in Africa Seminar

Members of Keating Chambers are hosting an “Arbitrating in Africa Seminar” on 12 September 2017.

This seminar, chaired by Robert Gaitskell QC, will comprise of the following sessions:

Abdul Jinadu – Arbitration in Africa
Johan Beyers – Arbitration in South Africa
Dawid Welgemoed – Presenting Your Case in South Africa
Rosemary Jackson QC – Mediation in Africa
David Thomas QC – Dispute Boards in Africa
Followed by a Q&A Panel with Robert Evans, Sarah Williams and Johan Beyers. If you have any questions for the panel, please submit these in advance.

The seminar will commence at 17:00, with registration from 16:30, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
