Adrian Williamson QC explored the issues arising from the recent decision of the Supreme Court in Bresco Electrical Services Ltd (in liquidation) (Appellant) v Michael J Lonsdale (Electrical) Ltd (Respondent), and the litigation leading up to it, including the Court of Appeal decision. Topics covered included:

• The taking of jurisdictional objections in adjudication.
