Simon Hughes QC will be chairing a panel on ‘The assessment of damages in construction arbitrations’ at the CDR Autumn Arbitration Symposium 2017.

Simon’s session will examine the latest thinking into the calculation of damages in construction and infrastructure cases, as well as the trends arising from the analysis of such awards and what they mean for practitioners in this area generally.
