Construction Law Conference 2018

We are pleased to continue our association with the Sweet & Maxwell Construction Law Conference. Now in it’s 12th year, the 2018 conference will be held in London on Tuesday 2 October and will be chaired by Adam Constable QC.

The conference has been designed to help delegates get to grips with key changes and developments in construction law over the past twelve months. Forthcoming changes and actual developments, along with any particularly challenging current issues in construction law, will also be discussed. The one day event will commence with a keynote from the Honourable Mr Justice Fraser and a case law update from Sarah Hannaford QC.

Other topics include: building regulations; coinsurance and subrogation; design liability; contractor insolvency; and delay and disruption. The day will be rounded off by a panel Q&A session with Adam, Sarah and Alexander Nissen QC.
