(1) The dismissal of an appeal on 24/9 at Witchford Cambridge for 70 C3 units, no 5 yr HLS shortfall, breach of development plan and harm to landscape (2) A successful appeal for 108 C3 units on a brownfield site and the application of vacant building credit reducing affordable housing.
