Power and Utilities

Keating Chambers has long been regarded by power and utilities clients worldwide as a leader in the provision of advice, litigation and arbitration representation, and dispute resolution services.

The size and complexity of many power and utilities projects, and of the disputes arising from them, demand the highest calibre of legal advice and representation, as well as  arbitrators or mediators who can command the confidence of the parties.

The huge variety of disputes that arise from such projects means that it is important to us that we offer our clients a flexible, bespoke service. A client may want top-level assistance at very short notice, or access to a lawyer with a particular specialism. Chambers prides itself on providing legal services tailored specifically to the individual project or dispute.

Our continuing reputation for excellence means that our members are always in demand, either as counsel or as arbitrators, from all sides of the industry, all over the world.
