Introduction
Many members of Keating Chambers have extensive experience of
advising in disputes relating to the production and processing of
oil and gas. While particular disputes have their own
characteristics and individual difficulties, this means that there
is a high degree of understanding of the energy industries and
their specific needs. The following recent examples show the
breadth and depth of oil and gas facility experience available from
Keating Chambers, both domestically and internationally. The work
undertaken by members of Chambers is chiefly advice and advocacy in
arbitration and other proceedings and appointment as arbitrator or
other tribunal member.
