Interactive LOGIC Seminar and Workshop

Veronique Buehrlen QC, Adam Constable QC, Lucy Garrett and Calum Lamont presented an interactive LOGIC seminar and workshop to CIArb in Aberdeen on 10 May 2016.

The workshop revolved around recent jurisprudence in the area and involved a distressed offshore project. The speakers covered issues including exclusion clauses, termination, defects, claims control and UCTA.
