party's retiring room.
Photocopying: Private photocopying facilities
can be arranged if needed.
Direct Dial Telephones: Direct dial telephones
are available to all retiring rooms, providing internal and
external communications and voicemail, which are accessible
remotely.
Conference Calls: Conference calls can be
arranged from any telephone, with staff available to assist if
required.
Internet Access: Modem lines, broadband and
wireless broadband are all available.
Transcripts of Proceedings: We can arrange for
the parties' preferred transcribers to attend any hearings, and
rooms can be made available for their use.
Catering: Refreshments can be arranged
throughout the day.
Library: The parties and Arbitrator have access
to Chambers Library and to other legal resources on request.
Video Conferencing: Video conferencing
equipment is available to hire.
