RICS Dispute Resolution Conference

Abdul Jinadu will form part of an expert panel at the RICS Dispute Resolution Conference. Working chronologically, the conference will look in turn at conflict avoidance, adjudication and arbitration, while assessing options for all parties at each stage of the dispute. Abdul is a construction law specialist and regularly represents clients in both arbitration and adjudication. He will draw from his experience during his address on ‘A return to arbitration in the construction sector – analysing the pros and cons’. The conference will prove a valuable opportunity to understand the issues involved in conflict avoidance from both the contractor and client perspective and examine how alternative approaches to dispute resolution can be applied in smaller projects.
