Construction Law Reports

Released: 31 July 2024

Practice Areas: Construction & Engineering

Members of Keating Chambers have been editing and contributing to the Construction Law Reports (Con LRs) since 2007, producing six volumes a year thereafter.

The Con LRs are a series of reports covering the judgments of the Technology and Construction Court and the appellate decisions which follow them. The series reports the full text of judgments and each report is clearly set out with a headnote summarising the key facts and principles of law applied. Key passages in each case are highlighted and the practical effect of each judgment is summarised.

The series includes important building contract cases, including those involving the interpretation of standard form construction contracts; cases of interest arising under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and the Arbitration Act 1996; public procurement cases; and major liability cases.

The latest edition (Vol 214) was published in July 2024 and can be accessed via LexisNexis in online copy via a subscription or by purchasing in hard copy. Contributors to this volume are:
