CDR – Summer Arbitration Symposium

Robert Gaitskell QC is the keynote speaker at CDR’s Summer Arbitration Symposium (2016).

Taking place on Thursday, 9 June 2016, the symposium consists of leading industry figures analysing and debating the most important current and future trends in international arbitration.

Subjects to be discussed will include best practice in construction and engineering arbitrations, arbitral developments in the maritime and energy sectors, the use of ADR in competition and antitrust law cases, the relationship between offshore jurisdictions and arbitration, and our ever-popular sessions on enforcement and ‘Ask the Arbitrators’.
