Construction Law: Shaping New Cases into Solution-Focused Advice for Clients

Date: 8 July 2016

At this White Paper conference, alongside four other QCs and three top-rated solicitors, Sarah Hannaford QC will be unpicking ten thorny construction law questions. The question she will be answering is “When drafting condition precedents into bespoke forms, what wording is required for them to be enforceable by the court? To what extent is the court enforcing what the parties draft and agree?”

Sarah is regularly instructed in complex construction and commercial disputes in the UK and internationally. She has experience in the full range of contractual claims which arise out of construction projects, including claims relating to defects, termination, and delay. Recent work has included acting for the Ministry of Justice and the Secretary of State for Defence.

The event is hosted by White Paper and chaired by Dr Julian Critchlow of Al Bawardi Critchlow.
