Keating Chambers offers modern conference facilities and meeting rooms for hire in the heart of London. Conveniently located near Temple, Holborn, and Chancery Lane Tube stations, the meeting rooms are ideally located for those requiring space near the Royal Courts of Justice and London’s legal centre.

The arbitration suites (pictured below), are all air conditioned and with natural light. The suites cater for small and large arbitrations and are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Retiring rooms are also available to respective parties.

Keating Chambers can offer the following:

Catering: Teas, coffees, lunches and other refreshments can be arranged throughout the day.

Conference Calls: Conference calls can be arranged from any telephone, with staff available to assist if required.

Direct Dial Telephones: Direct dial telephones are available to all retiring rooms, providing internal and external communications and voicemail, which are accessible remotely.

Internet Access: Modem lines, broadband and wireless broadband are all available.

Library: The parties and arbitrator(s) have access to Chambers’ Library and to other legal resources on request.

Photocopying: Private photocopying facilities can be arranged if needed.

Transcripts of Proceedings: We can arrange for the parties’ preferred transcribers to attend any hearings, and rooms can be made available for their use.

Video Conferencing: Video conferencing equipment is available to hire.
