Dispute Boards in Action Seminar

Robert Gaitskell QC is speaking at a joint DRBF/TeCSA seminar on the subject of Dispute Boards in Action. He will be joined by David Barry of Blackrock PM to discuss the effectiveness of dispute boards and international dispute resolution more generally.

Dr. Gaitskell is an experienced Dispute Board Chairman who lectures and writes upon the process, he is also the chairman of the European ITER nuclear fusion project Dispute Board.
