SCL Gulf Debate
On Monday 14 November at 6:30pm, Paul Buckingham is speaking at an SCL Gulf Debate entitled “This house believes engineers, rather than construction lawyers, are better arbitrators for complex construction disputes”.
GAR Live Debate
On Wednesday 16 November at 3:30pm, Lucy Garrett KC is speaking at the GAR Live Debate entitled “This house believes that arbitration should apply a binding doctrine of precedent.”
Vinson & Elkins Construction Conference
On Thursday 17 November at 8:30am, David Thomas KC, Lucy Garrett KC and Abdul Jinadu are each speaking at V&E’s construction conference. David Thomas KC is speaking on the Dispute Stage, Lucy Garrett KC is speaking on the Mid-project Stage and Abdul Jinadu is speaking on the African perspective. Both David and Lucy will also be involved in the Silk Q&A.
CMS Panel Discussion
On Friday 18 November at 9:00am, David Thomas KC will be speaking at the CMS panel discussion entitled “PPP Disputes across the Middle East”.
