The UK Supreme Court has announced that its much anticipated judgment in Hillside Parks Ltd v. Snowdonia National Parks Authority will be published on the morning Wednesday 2nd November 2022. Charles Banner KC, who was lead counsel for the Appellant, will be delivering a webinar discussing the judgment at 12:30pm the same day.
