Arbitration and Africa: Prospects and Challenges

Abdul Jinadu is speaking at the 1st ICC Africa Regional Arbitration Conference, being held in Lagos on 19-21 June 2016.

The three day conference will focus on the relationship between inward foreign investment in emerging markets in Africa, the types of disputes which may arise, and the African experience in arbitration proceedings. Abdul is one of the panel of experts speaking at the Construction Disputes session.
