Liquidated damages in construction contracts

Tom Owen will be speaking on ‘Liquidated damages in construction contracts’ at RICS’ CPD Days in Southampton and London (on 12 October and 8 December 2016 respectively). The programmes will focus on land, property and the built environment and offers essential solutions to be implemented in daily practice.

Tom Owen comes as a highly recommended junior ranked in Who’s Who Legal 2016 as one of the world’s leading juniors in construction and in Legal Week’s ‘Stars at the Bar 2016’ where he is the most junior in the rankings and the only construction practitioner on the list. His experience of liquidation damages, particularly in the construction law context, comes from cases such as Makdessi v Cavendish Square Holdings.
