Mediation Update and Practical Tips for Construction Disputes

Elizabeth Repper is speaking at a Society of Construction Law (North East Branch) event on the subject of “Mediation – an update and some practical tips for construction disputes”. Liz has been appointed as sole mediator and co-mediator over 70 times, including in construction, property, professional negligence, insolvency and insurance disputes. She will call upon her experience in this area when providing the mediation update, which will include what the courts are saying about ADR as well as practical points for parties preparing for a mediation.

The event is hosted by Michael Foster of Driver Trett and chaired by Simon Lewis of Bond Dickinson.
