Mental Health Awareness Week

Date: 22 March 2020

The UK’s Mental Health Awareness Week aims to support people in their mental health and wellbeing. This year (18-24 May 2020) they are highlighting kindness, to yourself and to others, which is particularly relevant during this challenging time we face. Kindness can take many forms such as arranging a virtual catch up with a friend, donating to a charity, or taking time out away from screens to learn a new skill.

With that in mind, this year we are running a poster competition and encouraging entries from you and your families. We would like you to create a poster that we can use for World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020. The poster can be as creative as you want and the only requirements are that it features a green ribbon and the words “World Mental Health Day”.

The deadline for all entries is Monday 8 June 2020 at midday. Amazon vouchers will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and the winning entry will be used in our social media posts on World Mental Health Day. Please send a photo of your poster to Elle Ashman: eashman@keatingchambers.com
