Ollie Goldsmith appointed to: The Bar Council’s services Appointment Panel & The Bar Council’s ADR Panel

Congratulations to our ADR Clerk Oliver Goldsmith who has been appointed to The Bar Council of England and Wales‘ Services Appointment Panel and ADR Panel this year. Oliver becomes the first Clerk/Practice Manager representative to be appointed to the ADR Panel.
The Services Appointment Panel is designed to enable the Bar Council’s members and external parties to ask the Chair of the Bar to appoint a barrister to act as an arbitrator, mediator or expert in respect to a dispute between themselves and one or more other parties. The ADR Panel has a policy role in responding to and commenting on the advocacy and growth of alternative methods of dispute resolution across the Bar.
