Podcast Mini-Series: Celebrating 150 Years of the Technology & Construction Court (TCC)

Keating Chambers have launched a mini-series celebrating 150 years of the Technology & Construction Court (TCC) this year. In each episode, Keating barristers will chose one leading case from the TCC and review how it has faired over the years, including discussion of subsequent cases that have focused on it.

The first episode launched on 26 January 2023, and in this discussion Alexander Nissen KC, Jennie Wild and Emma Healiss discuss RTS Flexible Systems Ltd v Molkerei Alois Muller GmbH & Co KG, a case about contract formation, and subsequent cases related to this topic.
