Practice Note on Public Procurement

Simon Taylor has prepared a practice note looking at the public procurement regime that applies in England and Wales from Brexit IP completion day (11.00 pm on 31 December 2020) following the withdrawal of the UK from the EU. It includes a review of who must comply, contract thresholds, in-house contract awards, the obligations if the rules do apply and the remedies for a failure to comply with the rules.
