On 11 November Philip Boulding KC will discuss ‘Security of Payment and adjudication, managing the contract, cash flow & disputes under the new regime’ as part of a panel session during the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong One Day International Conference 2022.

The talk will be a review and discussion on the Hong Kong Government’s implementation of security of payment provisions into public works contracts and what it means for the construction industry in terms of contract management, cash flow and dispute resolution, and a sharing of adjudication experience in the UK and Malaysia.
