This is a procurement challenge launched against The Met Office, the UK Government-backed weather agency, concerning the prestigious contract for a weather and climate change supercomputer which was awarded to Microsoft. Atos IT Services (an unsuccessful bidder) claims that the procurement process was not run properly.

Sarah Hannaford QC leads Monkton Chambers’ Ewan West in acting for The Met Office (instructed by Hogan Lovells). The case is listed in the TCC for two weeks in May 2022.
