International Expertise

Keating Chambers’ expertise extends across the globe. Our barristers have advised and acted in a wide variety of projects worldwide, and this experience brings with it a familiarity of both procedural and substantive law in numerous jurisdictions. We also act as experts on English law in overseas jurisdictions. Our reputation in respect of overseas work is reflected in the breadth of international clients and projects in which we have been involved.  Our barristers are recognised as leaders at the Bar in international arbitration (both as counsel and arbitrators), and large scale construction and infrastructure projects, and energy and shipbuilding disputes are key areas of our international work.

We also have a number of international members, who are permanently based in either South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong or Singapore. This enables us to provide commercial and practical advice, together with a first rate flexible and client-focused service, worldwide.
