Sean Wilken QC, Rachael O’Hagan and John McMillan looked at the pitfalls in international arbitration from a counsel perspective, with a focus on the construction and energy sectors. They covered issues faced at all stages of the arbitration process including jurisdiction, choice of arbitrators and enforceability.
