Lucy Garrett and Calum Lamont led a roundtable workshop on “Key Clauses in Offshore Construction“, in association with Practical Law.

The workshop considered the implications of recent case law related to offshore construction, looking in particular at the legal issues which commonly arise out of disputes concerning defective work, delay and termination.
