MSI-Defence Systems Ltd v Secretary of State for Defence

Citation: [2020] EWHC 164 (TCC)

This claim challenges the Defendant’s decision to rewind a tender for naval gun systems and reinvite bids on the basis of revised scoring guidance, including a claim that an accrued cause of action arose on the basis that the Claimant’s bid ought to have been found to be the most economically advantageous. By judgment of 25 June 2020, Mr Justice Stuart-Smith declined to strike out any part of the claim. Simon Taylor acted for MSI.
