Annual Arbitration & ADR Conference: Promoting the Rule of Law
Celebrating 100 years of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Krista Lee KC will be speaking at this years’ ICC Annual Arbitration and ADR conference which is taking place in London on 4 – 6 October 2023.
Krista will be speaking on day one of the conference on the panel ‘Behind the Scenes of the ICC Court: Scrutiny of Draft Awards’. Krista will discuss, together with an experienced panel of speakers, the scrutiny of draft awards undertaken by the ICC Secretariat and members of the ICC Court, which is one of the hallmarks of ICC dispute resolution services.
During the session, participants will have the opportunity to understand how an ICC Court Session is conducted under the ICC rules. The talk will be followed by an interactive and engaging Q&A session and networking drinks.
