On Thursday 29 February 2024, Lucy Garrett KC and Ben Davidson (Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Australia) will be speaking at the Comparative Law Oral Variations in a joint SoCLA and SCL UK event. During the session, Lucy and Ben will compare and contrast the laws relating to oral variations in England and in Australia, and how they may arise during the course of construction projects in those jurisdictions. The hybrid event will be hosted in Australia, the UK and online.
