International Construction Arbitration Conference – King’s College London

Alexander Nissen KC will chair a panel at the annual International Construction Arbitration Conference, taking place at King’s College London on Thursday 14 September 2023.

Alexander will moderate the afternoon session “The pros and cons of DABs. Where do we stand?” where he will be joined by a line-up of specialist speakers. Other topics include:

  • Digital tools in construction dispute resolution
  • The role of non-lawyer arbitrators in construction disputes
  • Effective advocacy in construction arbitration
  • The new wave of nuclear

The conference will be followed by a drink reception with networking opportunities.

Alexander is a practising barrister and was appointed Head of Chambers in 2020. He specialises in advocacy and advisory work, adjudication, arbitration, litigation and the mediation of construction, engineering, energy and professional negligence disputes.
