Legal & Commercial Conference 2021

Adam Constable QC and Veronique Buehrlen QC are speaking at the first annual RenewableUK Legal and Commercial Conference 2021, bringing together legal professionals who advise and execute legal strategies across the renewables sector. Expert speakers will be taking part in panel sessions looking at topical areas for renewable energy.

Adam will be chairing the panel discussion on contracting principles and risk allocation in offshore wind examining how land-based construction contracting principles and offshore risk-allocation principles have differed historically and the consequences in contract negotiations. Veronique will be part of a panel discussing the disputes and legal pitfalls in waste to energy and offshore wind, including risks up and down the supply chain, decommissioning and the change of law provisions in handling and resolving disputes.
