Lucy Garrett KC and Sarah Williams on advancing social mobility at the Bar

Lucy Garrett KC (Head of Pupillage) and Sarah Williams shed light on the Keating Chambers and Gray’s Inn social mobility scholarship, in a guest blog for the Bar Council. This initiative represents one of the possible interventions aimed at fostering social mobility and increasing access to the Bar for underrepresented groups. It serves as a model that other chambers may consider adopting. One of the takeaways of the first Bar Social Mobility Summit was to share learning between chambers so that we can better understand what works.
