Peerage: Charles Banner KC

The King has signified His intention of conferring a Peerage of the United Kingdom for Life on Charles Banner KC.

Charlie will take up his seat in the House of Lords on a date to be confirmed in the near future. He will combine this role with his ongoing practice at Keating Chambers.

Charlie said:

“I am looking forward to making regular contributions to the work of the House of Lords, whilst continuing my legal practice at Keating Chambers. It is a huge responsibility and I will do everything in my ability to do it justice.”
