As part of their Project and Contract Management Series, The Institute of Quarrying is hosting a webinar, on Friday 6 November 2020, where Philip Boulding QC and Geoffrey Chan (Mayer Brown) will offer their insights through examining the Commissioner’s Final Report and Recommendations published earlier this year regarding the Shatin to Central Link Project.
