SCL Hong Kong Annual General Meeting 2020

Philip Boulding QC is giving a talk following the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18 June 2020. Philip will focus on the increasing exposure of experts in terms of legal liability, starting with the end of immunity from suit decided by Jones v Kaney [2011] and taking in the recent decision by Justice O’Farrell in A Company and X, Y & Z [April 2020].
