Elaine Weaver

Elaine Weaver was promoted to ADR Manager and HR Manager in January 2026. She works alongside Oliver Goldsmith to support and administrate Chambers' Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) services and provides support to those members who are full-time arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators and experts. Elaine collaborates across staff teams to facilitate staff recruitment, training, appraisals and HR procedures; supports Chambers’ regulatory and compliance obligations; assists and supports the senior management team in business development strategy and planning; provides diary management and support to Alison Crosland. 

Elaine has a degree in Economics and Business Law with a business development background grounded in the legal and finance sectors. She has also previously worked in media and television production.
