Genevieve Seddon

Genevieve Seddon joined Keating Chambers in 2025 as Head of Finance and works closely with the Head of Operations. She plays a central role in overseeing the financial operations of Chambers, working across all departments and serving the Executive Committee.

A Chartered Accountant (ACA) with 15 years of experience across the charity, public, and private sectors, Genevieve brings particular expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and presenting financial reporting in governance settings. Prior to joining Chambers, Genevieve was Global Co-Finance Director at Restless Development, where she led international finance operations and strategic planning. She began her career at Deloitte LLP, progressing through audit and advisory roles with a strong technical foundation in UK GAAP, IFRS, and public sector financial frameworks.

Genevieve holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Durham and an M.Sc. in Applied Meteorology and Climatology from the University of Birmingham. She is also an alumna of the American Express Common Purpose Leadership Academy (2024 EMEA cohort).

Outside of work, Genevieve is a keen sports fan and a former member of an 11-a-side women’s football team. She now spends much of her free time outdoors, exploring London’s parks and surrounding countryside with her two young children and the family dog.
