Juliane Fraser
Assistant Practice Manager
Juliane joined Keating Chambers in September 2026 as an Assistant Practice Manager, working alongside Will Shrubsall, Paul Adams, Lauren Maynard and Thomas Belcher in the Junior KCs’ and Senior Juniors’ Team.
Prior to joining Chambers, Juliane gained experience in client relations, business administration and project coordination across a range of sectors, including property and education. She holds an MA (Hons) in International Relations and International Law from the University of Edinburgh, and being originally from Norway, Juliane is also fluent in Norwegian.
Outside of Chambers, Juliane enjoys yoga, hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
