DLA Piper Global Construction Conference

Robert Gaitskell KC will be speaking virtually at this year’s DLA Piper Global Construction Conference on ‘Global Perspectives on Construction Arbitrations’ on Wednesday 29 November 2023.

The theme of the conference is “Opportunities and challenges facing construction sector participants in the next decade”. The expert speakers will reflect on the current state of the sector and discuss the factors that are likely to present significant opportunities and challenges, including AI, environmental concerns and diversity.

Alongside a panel of experienced arbitrators, practitioners and in-house counsel, Robert will discuss how technology is changing the way cases are presented, shifts in the leading arbitration centres, and the impact and strategic use of tiered dispute resolution clauses.
