International Engineering Dispute Resolution (Part 3): Practical Skills of Cross-examination
John McMillan will speak at a Taiwanese international construction conference, discussing the cross-examination of delay experts, on Tuesday 18 April 2023 at 12:30pm (UK time).
John will join expert witness David Falkenstern and arbitrator Eugene Thong in sharing their knowledge and practical experience. The talk will be moderated by Qingjing Meng and Helena Chen.
John McMillan specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on construction, energy and engineering disputes. He has acted in or advised on arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, UNCITRAL, NAI, SCC, and ICSID rules, involving common-law, civil-law and international-law issues. He is ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a leading practitioner in the field of international arbitration. John studied Chinese at Oxford University, and has acted on multiple disputes involving clients from East Asian jurisdictions.
