Reflections of 25 years of Construction Adjudication in the UK

Philip Boulding KC will speak at the Deacons webinar “Reflections of 25 years of Construction Adjudication in the UK” on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 1:00pm – 2:00pm (HKT).

Philip will join Joseph Chung of Deacon’s to discuss the findings of a recent extensive survey concerning adjudication from the users’ perspective who utilise it to resolve building disputes in the UK. Philip will also talk about how such results can influence the future of construction adjudication in Hong Kong.

Philip has been a member of Keating Chambers since 1980. He is now primarily based in Asia and his practise is predominantly focused on international arbitration. Phil’s clients include local governments, government departments, major national and international construction and engineering firms, energy and utility companies, and developers.
