William Webb will be speaking at the Society of Construction Law Annual Spring Conference in Leeds on Friday 8 March 2019. William will be providing and adjudication update, including a review of recent cases on payment and the implications from the case of S&T (UK) Ltd v Grove Developments Ltd.
Other talk topics at the half-day conference will include: ‘Adjudication – where next?’; a construction law update; practical tips on working with NEC contracts; and talks on the role of and recent developments in the TCC from The Honourable Mrs Justice Jefford DBE and His Honour Mark Raeside QC.
