Simon Hughes KC will be speaking on “English Law & Other developments Relevant to Singapore Construction Practice” at SCL Singapore’s Annual Construction Law Update 2024. Simon joins Mr Melvin Chan will provide an overview of the recent developments in adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and the latest construction law cases in Singapore over the past year. The two will then be available at the end of the session for the panel discussion and Q&A.
