SCL (Singapore) – ISAF Joint Conference 2023: Adjudication In The Age Of Collaborative Contracting
Paul Buckingham KC and Abdul Jinadu will be speaking at the SCL (Singapore) – ISAF Joint Conference 2023: Adjudication In The Age Of Collaborative Contracting. Paul will be speaking during Session 3: “Effective use of the collaborative contracting model alongside dispute adjudication boards” and will share insights on how avenues can be utilised to better avoid disputes. Abdul will be speaking during Session 4: “Enforceability of adjudication awards and dispute adjudication board decisions” and will share his thoughts on the enforcement process of the adjudication process and dispute adjudication board decisions.
The conference will be opened by Chow Kok Fong, Chairman of the ISAF and Justice Phillip Jeyaretnam will be delivering a keynote address.
