The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Adjudicators invites you to an evening webinar jointly organized with CABE Hong Kong Branch.

Continuing with the “Spirit of SOPL” roadshow, this webinar focuses on the recent development in natural justice in adjudication proceedings in the UK, providing lessons learnt in the conduct of adjudication for adjudicators to be appointed under the new “SOP Spirit” adjudication scheme in the public sector.
