The SCL (London) – The brave new world of Mediation: mandatory participation and enforceable agreements

Rosemary Jackson KC has been invited to chair the SCL talk on “The brave new world of Mediation: mandatory participation and enforceable agreements” on Tuesday 4 April 2023 at 6.30pm – 7.30pm, at the National Liberal Club in London.

Rosemary is a full-time Mediator and Conciliator who, since April 2020, has used virtual mediation successfully. In 2018, Rosemary was awarded the Clare Edwards Award for professional competence and service to the legal profession servicing the construction industry. The prize is given when an extraordinary candidate is recognised and is sponsored by TECSA and the Contractor’s Legal Group. Rosemary was also awarded ‘Mediation Expert of the Year in the United Kingdom’ at the 2021 Lawyer Network Annual Awards, as well as ‘Lawyer of the Year – Mediation’ at the 2021 Who’s Who Legal Awards.
