The Society of Construction Law Annual Spring Conference Leeds 2024

Tom Owen and Elizabeth Donnelly together with some of the leading figures in the industry will speak at the SCL Law Annual Spring Conference in Leeds on Friday 8 March 2024. Tom and Elizabeth will be speaking about ‘Appellate developments in construction (and other interesting cases).’

The conference will provide attendees with a key update on construction law and contracts – a review of recent developments and a perspective from those involved in construction law and resolving issues, including:

– Adjudication Update;
